Review and Giveaway: Neater Feeder

Disclaimer: I received these items in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to post a positive review. These are my honest opinions. Your experience may differ.

I have three larger dogs, and all of them are sloppy eaters. I decided this would best be suited for my Australian Shepherd, Neener. Not only will this stop her from spilling food all over the floor, but I absolutely love that it is raised. She is getting old, and this seems to be much easier for her to eat out of than her regular food and water bowls.

I have never been more grateful for a product like this in my life than I was this past weekend. My nephews came over, and they are obsessed with trying to feed the animals, but always end up spilling the food everywhere! Sure enough, within minutes they were headed over and they spilled food.. but this time, instead of it going all over the floor, this caught the mess. They also managed to spill the water, which is usually quite a headache, because our den where the dog's food bowls are is carpeted. This time, instead of spilling all over the carpet, the mess all went down the holes into the bottom of the bowl for easy cleanup!

Review: UV Light Urine Stain FIghter

Disclaimer: I received these items in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to post a positive review. These are my honest opinions. Your experience may differ.

This product I had mixed feelings about getting. I was nervous about getting it, because I didn't know what I was going to find in my house, but excited because I knew if I found something I could get it cleaned up. So far I have found three separate spots in my house, where there have been "accidents", but really, I think it's because our male dogs has separation anxiety, and tend to be pretty spiteful when we leave to go places and don't take him with us.

I was able to quickly find these spots, and get them taken care of. I was sort of disgusted that I had not found these spots sooner! I have much more confidence in my house now. I don't have to worry about not finding any "accidents" anymore!
I had no idea that was there, but it's CLEAN NOW!

This is small and fits in my hand comfortably. It is not big and bulky, and I love that it runs off from batteries and doesn't have to be plugged in.

You can purchase this product here.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Review, Giveaway & Coupon Code: Tuggo Dog Toy

Disclaimer: I received these items in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to post a positive review. These are my honest opinions. Your experience may differ.

I have three dogs, an Australian Shepherd, Collie and an Australian Shepherd mix. All three of them love to play, and have tons of energy. We have a hard time finding toys that they not only like to play with, but also hold up to their rough play. I came across Tuggo dog toys while I was reading one of my favorite blogs.

This is a dog toy unlike any other I have seen. It is a 10 inch hard plastic ball attached to a rope. You can add water to the ball to make it heavier for larger dogs. My dogs drug this around the house and yard until they were all tired. At first we filled it completely up and they tired to drag it around, it was a little too heavy for them. So we took some of the water out, and it was perfectly weighted for my dogs.

Review and Giveaway: John Paul Pet

For those of you who don't know, I am a proud mother of two fur babies. I have two dogs, who are both eight. I have Eldorado, who is a mixed breed of Blue Heeler and Welsh Corgi. I have had her since she was eight weeks old. I also rescued a pure bred Blue Heeler named Boozer five years ago.

I am very big on taking care of my dogs the best I can. I don't like just using any product on them because I have noticed that it dries out their skin. My dogs have had issues with "hot spots" in the past, after going into certain lakes.

So, after they got out of the lake the last time they went swimming, I wanted to get them into the bath to get any kind of parasites washed off them immediately. I decided it was the best time to try the John Paul Oatmeal Shampoo. After a little bit of a struggle with Eldorado (bath time is not her forte) I got her in the tub first. I must say, I started off over all impressed with the scent. It wasn't to overpowering. It was just a nice scent. I also think that the oatmeal helped soften her fur up quite a bit. She has a few patches of more wire hair. After all was said and done, I decided it was doggy spa day. I proceeded to bathe Boozer, but that little ham loves taking baths. He didn't even try to shake out all over me.

My dogs don't typically have problems with gross stuff being stuck in their eyes due to their breed, but they do get nasty ears. Typically they don't appreciate when I am trying to clean out their ears. Whether I use liquid or what not in their ears, they both tend to run from me. So, I took out an Ear and Eye wipe. I first let Boozer sniff the wipe. I am pretty sure he thought it was a baby wipe. So he sat down, and I started working on his ears. These wipes take out a lot of grime without putting your pet through any stress at all.

Last, I wanted to brush them out, so I decided to use the conditioning spray. After having a hard time spraying Eldorado, I ended up brushing a lot of loose hair out of her. Afterwords, she looked like she had lost a good ten pounds. Boozer and Eldorado both had a nice shine on their coats for the next week easy. They smelled great.

I love that these products can be bought separately, or in a three pack special right on the website.

Review: Dogswell Livefree Dog Food

Disclaimer: I received these items in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to post a positive review. These are my honest opinions. Your experience may differ.

Everyone knows that dogs are man's best friend, or woman's, in my case, but then why do so many people feed their dogs just regular plain old dog food? Most of the time, excuse my language, but it is utter garbage. I was very happy to be able to review Dogswell's LiveFree Dog food, and so were my dogs!

One of our dogs, has a chronic dry skin problem. She is a collie. She is always itching at herself. We have tried multiple things, and before I started feeding her Dogswell dog food, we had discovered that fish oil helps with her dry coat and skin. My dogs have been eating Dogswell food for about 2 weeks now, and I have to say, I was able to stop giving her the fish oil. Her coat is much shinier, and I have noticed that she has more energy, and has started slimming down to a healthier weight for her frame. Before we started feeding her this food, she was extremely overweight, and though it is only a few pounds over the course of a few weeks, she has started losing some of the winter weight. She can now run and frolic with our other two dogs without any problem. This is great, because for well over a year, we have been trying to get her to be at a healthier weight. Our vet had recommended her to lose weight also. I believe that this food had a lot to do with it. It is not filled with bad things, it contains quality ingredients, and it makes her want to play!

I am involved in my first multivendor giveaway! Be sure to enter! There are tons of cool prizes to be won! Including my handmade Sugar Scrub!

Review: Doggie Couture Shop

I own three big dogs, all herding breeds: Collie an Aussie and an Aussie Mix. This time of the year our house looks like a giant hair ball. They shed like crazy! I was offered the chance to review anything from Doggie Couture Shop, so I chose to review an undercoat rake.
I ripped open this package and started brushing out my dogs right away. I have never been so impressed with a brush in my entire life. The pins rotate, which seems to make it easier to get through knots and snags in their hair. After brushing out my collie it looked as if she lost about 20 pounds!
Next up was my Australian Shepherd, Neener. She hates to be brushed, and I mean, absolutely hates it. So when she laid down and actually let me brush her with this, I was flabbergasted. I was able to brush out about half of her when she had finally decided she had had enough, and got up and walked away.
Below if the pile of hair I brushed out of her.... Crazy right?!
Keep in mind that was only HALF of her. She wouldn't roll over so I could brush her other half. My mother joked that we could make a small dog out of all of the hair we brushed out of our dogs. This was easy to use, and did the job perfectly. The handle was comfortable and didn't hurt my hand like some brushes do.
I would definitely make a purchase from Doggie Couture Shop! They have everything your precious pooch could ever dream of!

Review, Giveaway & Coupon Code: Petbrosia

I was able to review dog food from Petbrosia. This is the greatest Idea for finding the best food for your pet. It takes all the guesswork out of finding the healthiest pet food. My husband and I have spent hours int eh pet supply store int he dog food aisle looking for a great food for our dog, Zeke. We left more confused than when we came in.

With Petbrosia you have to answer a few questions about your pet, and then they match your answers to the best foods of theirs for your pet.

Your next question would be- Will my pets eat it? Well let me tell you, I left the package on the floor and when I woke up the next morning my dog had ripped open the bag and helped himself! I know, bad dog, but he's so picky about his food I was happy that he liked it! I gave him a bowl of it for lunch and he gobbled it right down. The pieces were small and easy for him to chew.

Petbrosia is a winner in my book! 10/10!

Review: John Paul Pet

Today was the last day of Pet Week, and closing out the week are the last products from John Paul Pet.

Tooth and Gun Wipes-
I tried these on my dogs. When I first opened the package I was hit in the face with a toothpaste smell. These were very minty. I used them on my Collie last night when I was trying all of the rest of these products out. She let me use them no problem on her, she even licked the wipe! These are great for stinky dog breath, but I wouldn't use them as a replacement for brushing your pets' teeth all together.

Oatmeal Conditioning Spray-
This was the star of the show. I love love love this product. My dogs all have longer hair, and they are always getting tangled. it's so hard to brush out snags in their hair without hurting the dogs. I was able to completely brush out my Collie, Nix, last night using this and the Waterless Foam Shampoo! It smells like a cookie, and her hair today is so soft and shiny, I could hardly believe it.

Body & Paw Pet Wipes-
I used these on my dogs paws. It has been very rainy and and they get so muddy. This worked great with cleaning them up quickly. This would also be good for cats who tend to stand in their mess in the litter box... I know mine sometimes do. There is nothing worse than getting nasty litter tracked all over your house. Most dogs end up having "Frito Feet" which is a bacteria on their paws that makes their feet smell like Corn Chips. No, I am not making that up. I think this product would also be great for taking care of that.

All of John Paul Pet Products were winners in my book! I loved each and every one of them. my favorite product was probably the Waterless Shampoo, an close second would probably be the Oatmeal Conditioning Spray.

Review: John Paul Pet Oatmeal Shampoo and Conditioner

I will admit, I have used my own shampoo and conditioner on my dogs. I know, I know, it's probably bad, but regular old dog shampoo I think leaves their hair very crunchy feeling, and not soft at all. Why do humans condition their hair, yet we don't condition our dogs hair?

I was very excited to receive John Paul Pet Oatmeal Shampoo and Oatmeal Conditioning Rinse. They day I received this, it was doggy bath day in our house. Zeke went first, I made my husband give him a bath, because sometimes he can be a little "wild" in the tub. Brian said that he did very good in the tub though, and didn't try to hop out even once. My husband raved at how soft and shiny his hair was afterwards.

Then it was my turn to do Neener. yes, my dogs name is Neener. It is a long story for a different time. She is an Australian Shepherd, and thankfully, she loves water. She watched Zeke when he came out of the bathroom, running around like he was on fire, and drying himself off on his towel. I asked her, "Do you want a shower?" and she ran right into the bathroom and jumped in the tub. I washed her how I normally would. She thought she was done when the shampoo was rinsed out of her, and tried to hop out, and then she seen me grab the Conditioner bottle. She got back in the tub so I could condition her fur. I have to say, I saw the most difference in her fur. She is so soft and smooth and fluffy. Her hair is kind of a pain to take care of, because when she gets wet it gets Kinky. making her hard to brush when he hair is wet. The conditioner made it so much easier to brush her, and she was so happy when she was done with her bath.

This shampoo and Conditioner contains Oatmeal, Aloe Vera, and sweet almond oil. I can tell you that you can definitely smell the almond oil! These products smell like almond cookies, and now so do my dogs! This is also perfect for dogs with sensitive skin, like my Collie.

I loved these products! I would look to purchasing more in the future!
I would give them a 10/10!

Review: John Paul Pet Waterless Foam Shampoo

Have you ever tried to give a cat a bath? Yeah, that's not going to happen. At least not with any of my cats! Well, when I received this particular product, I could not wait to try it out on my cats! I tried it on my siamese, who definitely does not like baths, and being as none of my cats are declawed, I don't feel like getting my face and arms scratched!

This product is a miracle worker. Everyone gives their dogs baths, but hardly anyone gives their cats regular baths, because of how afraid of water most cats are. Now you can!

I loved this product! It was so easy to use, and my cats smell great now! I also tried this on my dog, Zeke, and he wasn't quite sure what was going on, but he let me massage this into his hair, and I think he enjoyed it! This formula requires no rinsing, and is made with a blend of botanical oils that cleans and freshens your pets coat. This is perfect for cold weather, or animals that hate getting baths!

So far, this is my favorite product I have tried form the John Paul Pet Line! All of their products are tested on humans first (Cruelty Free!)
