Review: 100% Pure Australian Tea Tree Oil

Making my hot oil treatment

I have always heard of some of the benefits of Tea Tree Oil, the most common one was for the treatment of dandruff. Little did I know Tea Tree Oil can be used for so many different things! I have read so many different recipes that call for Tea Tree Oil to treat things like: 

• Acne
• Eczema
• Psoriasis
• Sunburn
• Bug Bites
• Warts
• Skin Tags
• Dandruff
• Calluses

You can make and mix this into many things, facial scrubs, lotions, body washes, toner, deodorant, and so many more things! You wouldn't believe it! I used this in my shampoo to help treat Dandruff. Most people get super bad dandruff in the winter, where as I am the exact opposite! The Summer time kills my scalp. Tea tree oil is a powerful antibacterial agent which helps treat problems that affect the scalp such as dandruff, acne and dry, flaky skin. 

I recently tried a Hot Oil Treatment, I mixed 10 drops of the Tea Tree oil with a tablespoon of Organic coconut oil and slathered my scalp with it, left it on for about two hours, and rinsed. My scalp feels awesome!

Review: UV Light Urine Stain FIghter

This product I had mixed feelings about getting. I was nervous about getting it, because I didn't know what I was going to find in my house, but excited because I knew if I found something I could get it cleaned up. So far I have found three separate spots in my house, where there have been "accidents", but really, I think it's because our male dogs has separation anxiety, and tend to be pretty spiteful when we leave to go places and don't take him with us.

I was able to quickly find these spots, and get them taken care of. I was sort of disgusted that I had not found these spots sooner! I have much more confidence in my house now. I don't have to worry about not finding any "accidents" anymore!

I had no idea that was there, but it's CLEAN NOW!

This is small and fits in my hand comfortably. It is not big and bulky, and I love that it runs off from batteries and doesn't have to be plugged in.

Review: Smelly Washer

I was able to try and review Smelly Washer Cleaner. I have had a musty smelling washer for some time, and have tried lots of cleaners to clean it. Nothing has really worked.

Smelly Washer was easy to use, all you had to do was dump a cap full in your washer and run it, as you can see from the video.

After using this I was impressed. My washer really does smell cleaner and not as musty. I will also be trying the other methods soon, including trying it to clean my dishwasher!

Well Folks, It has been a day, That's for sure!

I started my first "renovation" today... My bathroom! Throughout the rest of this summer we will be upgrading the house, with new paint, flooring, etc. So I plan to be bringing a new DIY Section to my Blog!

Review: Skoy Cloth

I know that in my household we use a lot of paper towels. Not just one sheet at a time either. Spills Happen, and when they do, they generally require a wad of paper towel to clean up. Especially if they are animal related.


These Skoy Cloths make clean up so much easier than paper towels. They are reusable and can be cleaned in the Dishwasher or Washer and Dryer. Each cloth is equal to about 15 Rolls of paper Towel! That's Crazy! I was even able to wash my walls with these. One rag and I was able to finish my whole bedroom! Then, When I was done, I rinsed it out, and it went right in the laundry pile. When the life of the cloth finally comes to an end, you can throw it in the garbage and it is completely biodegradable.

Using Skoy Cloths as a replacement for paper towel, will also save you money! A four pack of the cloth's is only $6.99!! How much does 60 Rolls (equal to four Skoy cloths) of paper towel cost you? Even a cheap roll of paper towel costs around a dollar. Not only are these better for the environment, they are better for your wallet!
