DOGSWELL LAUNCHES NATIONAL CONTEST TO HELP SHELTER DOGS SHINE, RAISE AWARENESS FOR ADOPTIONS DURING NATIONAL PET MONTH
Winning No Kill Shelter Will Receive Professional Photo Shoot for Adoptable Dogs
Los Angeles, Calif., May 19, 2014 – Dogswell® today launched a national contest to raise awareness for animal adoptions in honor of National Pet Month. Recognizing that a great picture can make all the difference for dogs to find a forever home, starting May 19 consumers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite no kill animal shelter to win a professional photo shoot for their adoptable dogs.
The contest will start May 19 and run for four weeks. An announcement will be made on June 30 with the name of the winning no kill shelter. Fifteen lucky adoptable dogs from this shelter will get their “picture perfect” moment captured by Kaylee Greer from Dog Breath Photography. The winning shelter will also receive a six month supply of Dogswell food made of high-quality ingredients to support overall health and prepare adoptable dogs for their future forever homes.

Consumers are also encouraged to participate using the hashtag #Smile4DogswellContest across all social platforms.
