That's about as much caffeine as in one cup of coffee. But unlike coffee, ZYM includes tons of vitamins, and electrolytes. Perfect for recharging after a workout.

These are so easy to carry around, just a little tube that you can slip into your purse or gym bag. Each tube contains 10 tablets. Could you imagine carrying around 10 bottles of sports drink? 

 When they dissolve, they make a drink similar to flavored water. I was able to try two flavors, Grape and Orange. I preferred the Grape more, but both were good. 
I would recommend these the any one who works out, whether it be out in the yard or at the gym.
