| Sliced Bread, Bagel, Sample sizes of Spreads All delicious! |
I have been using an app on my phone, that tells me what sort of nutrients that I lack in my daily diet. Turns out, I lack protein, almost every day. Protein is one of the most vital things that you need to eat, and I definitely don't eat enough of it. I was surfing the internet one day, and I stumbled across P28. What makes P28 so special is that each of their bread products contain 28 grams of protein!
I was able to review a bagel, a flatbread, and their regular sliced bread, as well as a variety of their high protein spreads.
I tried the flatbread first, I wasn't a huge fan of that. I do not care for regular flatbreads though either, so that was not a surprise to me. If you enjoy flatbreads though, you would probably love this!
The next product I tried was the regular bread, and i have to say, I loved this. It was very dense. Perfect for sandwiches. Filled with seeds, and packed with flavor.
The last bread product I tried was the bagel. This bagel was so dense. But the flavor was great! By the time I took a bite of the second half, I was full. I tried this with the different spreads, and that just made it better.
All of the breads are made with %100 Whole Wheat!
The spreads were also very good. I was sent five different flavors: Signature Blend, Peanut Butter, Banana Raisin, Almond Butter, and White Chocolate. I think my favorite out of them was the Almond Butter. A close second was the White Chocolate. These spreads were all very good, and they were very thick. You do have to stir these up before spreading them on anything, as with any other natural butter. The Signature Spread was probably the most original tasting. Think of it as a healthy equivalent to Chunky Peanut Butter. Instead of peanuts though, it contained sunflower seeds.
Overall, I think these products are great!
