My husband has been on a low carb diet for a few weeks, and it's working! So far he has lost over 20 pounds. My only concern was that he would not eat enough veggies, but I have been making him tons of dinners with lots of hidden veggies.
One of his favorite Snacks are pickle wraps. These also happen to be some of my least favorite thing to make!! Don't get me wrong, I love them, but making them is so tedious. I found away around rolling up those little buggers... making it into DIP!
Here is my recipe:
- 1- 8oz package of Cream Cheese
- 1 c sour Cream
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 c Dill pickle drained and cut up
- 8oz of Chopped up Ham
That's it! Just mix it all together (you might want to use a mixer, it gets pretty thick) and you are done!
My husband likes to eat this on Cucumber Slices, or any other type of veggie. Though I prefer it on crackers (He can't eat crackers).
