Review: Sweet Dreams Bedtime Bliss Sleep Mask, Earplugs, and Carrying Case

Disclaimer: I received these items in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to post a positive review. These are my honest opinions. Your experience may differ.

Many of you have probably tried regular sleep masks before, as have I, and you will probably agree with me on this one. They suck. I have gotten trapped into the glamour of them. you watch movies and the actresses wear them when they go to sleep and make it look so incredibly easy, and comfortable. HA! Wrong. Every sleep mask I have tried up until now, I have hated. They are always way too tight on my face, aren't long enough, or just plain don't block out any of the light.

For all of those reasons I was so skeptical about trying this sleep mask, but I decided to give it a try anyways.

I tried this during the middle of the day. I had been having a very hard time sleeping, I was restless, and just couldn't keep my eyes shut. I kept tossing a turning, knowing that i had to get some sleep, but just couldn't shut my eyes. So I went and grabbed this eye mask and put it on. It was very comfortable, and was definitely big enough to cover my entire eye region. The best part about this particular mask, was the the part that goes over your eyes, was molded. So it felt very natural. I could open and blink my eyes with the mask on without any difficulties. This also did a wonderful job of keeping the light out.

I did try to put in the ear plugs, but they were not my favorite. I can sleep fine with noises anyhow, so I would probably never use them. The mask on the other hand, has a permanent home, right on my nightstand.
