Review: Dollar Shave Club

 Many people have heard of Dollar Shave Club, I know I have, because my husband has been ordering from them for over a year. When he first heard of them on the radio, He came home and immediately placed an order. 

Before, he was paying about 16 dollars a MONTH for razor refills. He wasn't even getting a spectacular shave with them... they were just normal regular old razors. He started out getting the 2 Blade package. This come with the actual Razor, and FIVE refills. Each month they sent five more refills... and here is the best part, it was ONLY 1 DOLLAR! After a few months, he decided to switch it up a little bit, and ordered "The Executive" which is a 6 blade razor that comes with 4 refills each month. This also has a detail blade, for those hard to reach areas, or really straight lines. He loved this! He has recently switched back to "The Humble Twin". 

 I love all the money he saves by getting his shaving need through Dollar Shave Club! Though what I did not know about this company, is that they also offer 3 other products, as well as Razors:

- Shave Butter
- Post Shave
- One Wipe Charlies

My husband was very excited about the Post Shave, and I understand why. Sometimes when he shaves, his face gets so red and irritated! This is a light weight moisturizer that leaves little to no scent. This makes your skin so smooth! I will admit... I have tried this on my legs after shaving, and I don't even feel bad about it. It was amazing. 

When I opened the package, the first thing I seen was the Shave Butter. I tried this first, and almost didn't give it to my husband to try! This is a wonderful, luxurious cream that you use in place of shaving cream. Oh man, this was BY FAR my favorite product. This makes shaving so much easier, as it actually stays in place until you shave it off. This also contains vitamins, Golden Barley, and Pacific Sea Algae. 

The last product I received to review were the One Wipe Charlies. Everyone likes to feel fresh "down there", and these definitely do the job. They contain Aloe Vera and Chamomile, and have a very pleasant scent. The packaging says it all; You only need one! 


 Though Dollar Shave Club is marketed specifically towards men, I have seen a couple ads saying to "ditch the pink", referring to the ladies razors. I am definitely all for it. All of these products are great, and I would definitely consider signing up for a monthly subscription! My husband loves all of these products as well! He says they make shaving more bearable. 

This is a great subscription service, and one that will actually SAVE you money!

Review: Klutch Club "Best Of" Box

I was able to review Klutch Club's Best Of Box. This was PACKED with goodies! I think this is a great buy for the money. I have a love affair with subscription type boxes. The different variety of things you receive in them is awesome! It's like being a kid on christmas morning!

I loved everything I got in this box, and my husband really liked the products for men. He loves being the tester for some of the products that I receive.
The disinfectant wipes I put in my purse, perfect for those unexpected moments when you need something like that... whether it be mopping up a spill or wiping down the handle on a shopping cart. Basically anywhere you encounter germs!
The Drinkwel vitamins, I wasn't sure what to do with, since I don't drink. Though these are a wonderful idea. Everyone eventually has those nights, where you go out for drinks with your friends and have a couple too many. These would be PERFECT for that! I put a pack in my purse, just in case this happens to me.
The little pack of tea, I put in my tea stash. Chamomile tea has become my go to for nights where I just can't get to sleep. I love drinking hot tea when I am not feeling good. So i want to savor these.
The BOPS chips, were really good. I was actually snacking on these while I was writing this review. Yummy!
Energems, such a great idea, I also put these in my purse for times when I am feeling tired throughout the day, and need to make it a few more hours. Love these!
This box is such a good idea, for gifts or for yourself. A box that gets delivered to your door full of healthy and useful things! Klutch Club is a winner in my book!
