Review: Glass With a Twist

I was so excited to be able to review a set of beer mugs from Glass With A Twist. I have seen several of these type of mugs before, and none compare to the quality of the mugs I received from Glass With A Twist. Not only was the inscription done absolutely beautifully, but these mugs are really sturdy. They are balanced and the handles are attached flawlessly. There are also no bubbles in the glass.
My thought on this is, "Why have a beer mug, if the first time you slam it down onto a table during a party, or family get together, it breaks?" Well I can tell you, I don't see these mugs breaking anytime in the near future.

I opted to get a set of mugs with my Husband's and I's name on them. I was also able to have them add scrollwork. They have many many options on what you can have etched onto your glass. Anything from your favorite hobby, to your favorite animal! And they don't just have beer mugs! They have all different types of glasses.

I wish I had known about this company before I had gotten married. I would of loved to give personalized glasses away to my wedding party as favors. These would be perfect for a gift, or any occasion.

Wonderful Product and company! 10/10

Review & Giveaway: Dutch Country Pantry

I was sent two different products from Dutch Country Pantry; Shoofly Pie and Birch Beer. I had never tried anything like either of these products before. The Birch Beer was my favorite out of the two products. It was similar to Root Beer, but not quite the same. It had a very good flavor to it. Even my grandfather liked it and he is very picky.
This Lancaster County-produced Birch Beer is the real deal! Refreshingly peppy, try some of this popular soft drink and you will agree with most people that this even tops root beer. It's very enjoyable on a hot summer afternoon, and much more authentic than Coke or Pepsi. Better yet, try a birch beer float with ice cream and ahhh... what a treat. 6 pack/12 oz. cans.
Ing. Carbonated Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Gum Acadia, and Red #40.
The shoofly pie was very different than I expected it to be. I expected it to be overly sweet, but it wasn't. This was a very delicious pie. The crust was perfect, with a gooey center and a crumb topping. Super yummy!

This is the real, authentic old fashioned, wet-bottom shoofly pie, homemade right here in Bird-in-Hand, and in a convenient pack of 2 pies. Each 9" pie gives about seven servings of this traditional Pennsylvania Dutch dessert with a gooey bottom, cake-like middle, and crumb topping. For those of us who have that irresistible sweet tooth, Wet-Bottom Shoofly Pie is, without doubt, a "must have". Absolutely, positively delicious with coffee and ice cream, the shoofly pie is by far the most popular dessert made by the Amish here in Lancaster County! If you are like us, you'll find it's hard to stop with just one slice.
Pies are individually packed in a white bakery box of heavy cardboard, then packed in yet another heavy cardboard box for safe shipping. We try to avoid shipping shoofly pie over the weekend, to avoid the package sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. If you order this shoofly pie later in the week, we may wait to ship your package until the following Monday. Whether we wait to ship it or not depends on shipping time to your zip code.
Ing. Molasses, Water, Eggs, Sugar, Flour, Salt, Soda, Vegetable Shortening, Cream of Tartar. Crust: Flour, Vegetable Shortening, Water, Eggs, Salt, Vinegar, Baking Powder
