Review & Giveaway: Honeycat Cosmetics

All you mama's out there know, sometimes, we need some alone time in the bathroom. I always have a bathroom buddy. He wants to get into everything while I go to the bathroom, wants to be in the bath tub while I shower.. Wants to pull everything off shelves and out of the cupboard. So, when it is bed time, this mama wants to take some me time. 


I have found that with Honeycat Cosmetics, I can do that. I get the time to relax in the tub, without all the boats and books from my son. When I get out, I always feel refreshed. 


The way the Honeycat Cosmetics have their products packaged I think is just part of the fun. I know many cat lovers, and this would make puurfect gifts for them. I received three items to try, and I would love to tell you about them. 



The first item I would like to tell you about is, Cat-Bernet Sauvignon Red Wine Shower Gel. I love that the bottle alone looks like a smaller bottle of nice wine, if you are clumsy, don't worry it is plastic. The smell is like a very sweet grape wine smell, but while using it you don't need much. A little goes a very long way. This product lathers so well, which is something I really like in a good soap. This bottle is 14.5 ounces. I loved that the smell was not to overpowering after washing with it, but it was still there. 



Rub My Tummy Body Cream is the greatest. It doesn't leave your body feeling greasy at all, which is one of my biggest pet peeves. This has a light smell of almond, which is very pleasant. I love that it is actually very thick and creamy. So, again a little goes a long way. And the scent, and feeling of having body butter on you last for much longer then the products you can get at your local stores. 



Ok, now to my favorite packaging ever! Chick of the Sea Foaming bath salts. This comes in what looks like a wet cat food can. And smells so good. I didn't use much in my bath. And typically when I use bath salts, I just end up being frustrated that when I go to sit in the tub I can feel the salts all over on my bottom. These dissolved great. And smelled wonderful, chocolate amaretto, and mint lightly came over my bath tub, which just made me feel like I was delicious.

I love lotions... If it smells good, I buy it. Which causes me to try a lot of lotions. One of my biggest pet peeves, with lotions and creams at least, is when they are super runny. It makes me really sad when I buy a lotions that smell wonderful, but don't actually moisturize my skin at all because they are watery. 

Keep Buzzin' Body Products delivers the absolute best of both worlds. Not only do their hand and foot creams smell absolutely mouthwatering, but they also moisturize so well! They are so thick and creamy. The smell of these doesn't disappear after a few minutes, I can still smell it an hour after I apply the lotion. I am addicted!

I received 4 different creams to try, Two Feet Creams in Spearmint and Peppermint (I LOVE MINT!) and two hand creams in Cherry Almond and Tangerine. I expected to like the mint ones the best, and don't get me wrong, I love them, but when I smelled the Tangerine hand cream... Oh man. I was in love! 

I don't ever think I have gushed about a lotion/cream this much in my entire life. This stuff is glorious. I haven't even gotten to the best part, the stuff that isn't in this lotion...

Review: De La Terre SkinCare

My passion for Natural beauty products has been increasing. I love that I can make myself look better, and also feel better doing it, knowing that I'm not putting a bunch of unnatural chemicals on my body.
I was sent three products from De La Terre Skincare to try out. and I have to say, I loved all of them.

Herb Rich Serum-
This was perfect for my dry skin. It is formulated to help accelerate skin recovery, has anti aging properties, and helps diminish scars and dark pigmentation. I put this on my face, because I noticed I was starting to get dry skin around my mouth and jawline. This cleared that up in no time at all!



Herb Rich Balm-
I really loved this product. I used it as a lip balm, but you can also use it as an eye treatment, or an all over face mask. I love that you can use this in so many ways. You can also use this to treat minor burns and skin irritations. Sometimes my lips get flaky, and it drives me crazy! This has been my go to product for keeping my lips nice and smooth!

Herb Rich Clay-
This product was also fantastic. You make an emulsion with it and press it onto your face. I could feel my skin getting tighter after I used this. Do not let it dry on your face. It has to be wet to work properly. I had my mom try this also, and she loved it as well.

All of De La Terre's Skincare is 100% synthetic Free, Gluten Free, and Vegan. It contains NO Parabens, sulfates, or Petrochemicals. It is also Non-Comedogemic (Won't clog pores). They are also Cruelty Free! They do not test on animals! I always thought it was hard to find companies who do not test on animals, and since I have started my blogging adventure, I now know of several companies who are cruelty free! I love De La Terre Skincare!
