Anyone who knows me knows that I am kind of a klutz. Ok, "kind of" is and understatement. I tend to hurt myself on a daily basis, just from pure accidents. I always have a bruise, or a scratch. I was given the chance to review Boiron's Arnicare Gel.

It doesn't have that terrible minty smell like other muscle rubs, and it is completely NON GREASY. I think I would use traditional muscle rub a lot more if it wasn't so nasty smelling and greasy. Once that stuff is on your hands, there is no getting it off. With Arnicare Gel, I had none of those problems. It sunk into my skin quickly, had no harsh scent and it didn't get my hands all icky.

The best part about Arnicare is that it works! It works naturally with your body also, so you don't have to worry about all those harsh chemicals!

I had my mom try this also, and she said that just after a few minutes of having it on her calve muscles that her muscle stiffness was going away.
